1. eat vegetables with every meal
2. drink 8 cups of water a day
3. don't sleep later than... 12?
4. drink water when you wake up and drink water before you sleep
5. wear a scarf if it's cold and always bring a jacket if it might be cold out
6. if it's still cold with a jacket on, find a fat person to hug
7. sleep 8 hours a day
8. get some exercise... like walking a lot at least
9. eat fruits or drink juice for vitamin c
10. wash your hands at least 5 times a day!
christine i will miss you so have a lot of fun to justify my missing you which has already started
